• Create an account (or login) with Scouting America at the link below,  and complete registration for your Scout:

  • Scouting America Registration (Cub Pack 315, St. Anastasia CYO).

    • Scouts returning from the previous year do NOT need to complete this step.

    • Families returning to Scouting with a new Scout still need to complete Step 1 but must use their existing BSA account information to register.

• Submit payment for our annual Pack Activity Fee*: $120

• DO NOT select the option to "pay for goods and services" - we are a non-profit organization using Venmo only as a convenient electronic means of collecting money

Pack Activity Fee is non-refundable once paid; in order to participate in Pack 315 events of any kind, an active Scouting America membership must also be paid and maintained. See Step 1 for additional information. Failure to renew this membership does not result in a refund of Pack fees. *More than one Scout in Pack 315? For families with more than one Scout in Pack 315, each additional Scout’s pack activity fee is only $100.

• A medical form is required for each Scout and all other persons participating in events.  Each Scout and at least one adult must have a medical form on file with our Pack to participate.

• If you have more than one Scout, adult, or any siblings who will be attending Pack events, please fill out one form for each.

• Bring a printed copy with you to your first in-person event.  Scouting America prohibits digital submission/ retention of these forms.

• NOTE: We highly recommend you fill out this form electronically and then save a copy to your personal computer, as much of the information can be reused from year to year.
